GPC-1:eCFP:UNC-54 (for use in C. elegans)

This construct is a C. elegans promoter (GPC-1, BBa_K631003, targets sensory neurons such as AWB) attached to a cyan fluorescent protein reporter (eCFP, BBa_K309020) and a robust C. elegans terminator (UNC-54, BBa_K309012).

An image captured using a confocal microscope is shown below. Microinjection was used to have plasmid expressed in the worm. Excitation wavelength of 434 nm and emission wavelength of 477 nm.
